Shipping & Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted with your Nashé Beauty products!. If you're not, we'll be happy to provide a refund once the item has been returned. Please read our full policy and return instructions below.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must contain at least 75% of the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please send an email to info@nashebeauty.com providing the name of the product and detailing the issue you have with the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will reply to your email within five business days and provide further instructions.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Where do we ship?
We ship throughout Canada and the United States, as well as internationally.
How do we ship?
For shipping in Canada, we use Canada Post. We use USPS for deliveries in the United States. For international deliveries, we use USPS or Asendia (by La Poste and Swiss Post). All orders are tracked during shipping.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated deliver time to Canadian addresses is 2 – 8 business days. For US addresses, the estimated time is 2 – 4 business days. International shipping is estimated at 5 – 22 business days.
What do we charge for shipping?
Shipping charges depend on the size and weight of your total order. The shipping fee is determined during the checkout process and will be shown before you finalize your purchase.
